The maintenance services we give to customer as follow:

Annual Maintenance Service :

In the warranty period, normal response time shall be specific per account. Within this response time the problem will be solved. Generally these times are 2 hour for servers/networks and 4 hours for desktop PC’s. If hardware is broken to the extent that on-site repair is not possible, replacements will be offered. TTC Infotech or its partners keep inventory of replacement equipment. Service includes reconfiguring desktop or server software and virus removal.

The offer does not include spare parts other than covered by warranty.

The contract specifies guaranteed repair times. Within these repair times the original customers’ equipment will be returned to the site (and the replacement collected). Repair times will bear some exclusion as not every conceivable spare part is kept in stock (and therefore needs to be sourced abroad).

Preventive maintenance on all equipment - including virus check - will be done once in every three months.

Hours Sevices

The contract will specify the availability of TTC Infotech or its partners for service calls. Usually, generally accepted office hours apply. Other hours are of course also acceptable. Worthwhile to note are here ‘shift service’ for customers with early/late shifts or the amongst hospitality customers usually required 24 hours a day / 7 days a week service. For service outside office hours, customers are provided with the phone numbers of his appointed service engineer(s) and those of his manager(s).
